Welcome to Bengaluru Painters. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
1. Pricing and Payments: a. The customer agrees to the pricing outlined in the Bengaluru Painters service contract. Payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule, and the project timeline may be affected if payments are not made promptly.
2. Service Commencement: The BengaluruPainters will commence on the agreed-upon date, subject to weather conditionsand any unforeseen circumstances.
Delays caused by unforeseen circumstanceswill be communicated to the customer promptly.
3. Completion and Approval: completion of the Bengaluru Painting project, the customer has the right to inspect and approve the work.The customer is encouraged to communicate any concerns promptly.
4. Cancellation Policy: The customer may cancel the project before the scheduled commencement date. A cancellation fee may apply. Bengaluru Painters reserves the right to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential. Images of completed projects may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the customer.
